Why?When you started your service, you paid for three full months of service. The partial month in which you started your service is now being billed 90 days later. This is not a true LATE charge, but a prorated charge from 90 days ago. For example: If you started your service on April 17th and paid for 3 months of service, your paid for May, June, and July. In August, you would receive a bill for the next three months (August, September, and October) PLUS the last 13 days of April. Those 13 days in April would show in the "90 day" late charge area.
